关于优化工具中约束条件的表达

EXTEND中的优化工具中的约束条件如果是含有>=或者<=的数学式子，该如何表示？

个人想法：
% N2 y* l0 Y; ^1 g约束条件是在上面的Table里面直接输入最大最小值吧。
